Mechanical Technician – Entry Level / Apprenticeship Opportunity

Location: Oakfield, NY | Pay: $22–$24/hour | Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with optional overtime on Fridays

Are you mechanically inclined and eager to learn? Our team is looking to hire 2 motivated individuals to join our fleet maintenance operations. No extensive experience is required – if you enjoy working with machines and have a mechanical aptitude, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Start by resurfacing cylinder heads for Cat 3500 series reciprocating engines across the Archaea fleet.
• Work in a 40,000 sq. ft., climate-controlled warehouse with CNC machines to assist in component production.
• Gain hands-on experience in heavy equipment, machinery, and engine maintenance.
• Learn from experienced technicians while developing your mechanical skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Anyone mechanically inclined – could be fresh out of high school.
• Ex-military candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Automotive, heavy equipment, or any type of machine maintenance experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to comply with random drug testing, including hair follicle tests.
