An award-winning independent wealth management firm built on trust, integrity, and a deep commitment to client relationships is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join its team in Sylvania, OH. As CSA, you’ll play an integral role in delivering that experience. Working alongside seasoned advisors, you’ll manage day-to-day client requests, ensure accounts are handled with precision, and help drive operational excellence across the team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment.
Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
· Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
· Support 1–2 advisors by managing account maintenance, documentation, and transaction processing.
· Open, close, and update client accounts while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
· Prepare reports, meeting materials, and financial documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
· Manage scheduling, correspondence, and communication between clients and advisors.
· Maintain client records in Salesforce and financial planning systems such as MoneyGuidePro and eMoney.
· Assist with trade requests, performance reporting, and documentation for financial planning projects.
· Ensure all operations align with internal policies, custodial requirements, and compliance standards.
· Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding, billing, and portfolio updates.
· Contribute to a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
Client Service Associate Requirements:
· 1 – 3 years of experience in client service, banking, or wealth management role
· RIA experience preferred
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and financial planning software.
· High degree of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field preferred
· Empathetic and client-focused with a natural desire to help others preferred
· Team-oriented, proactive, and resourceful problem-solver preferred
· Comfortable in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment preferred
· Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities with minimal oversight preferred
