This leader will manage design deliverables, direct project staff, maintain budget discipline, and build strong client and consultant relationships while ensuring quality and code compliance across each phase of development. This role is built for a skilled, organized, relationship-driven architect or construction professional who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and takes pride in designing spaces that shape communities.

Project Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience in architecture, development, or general contracting
• Strong expertise in multifamily design and building lifecycles
• Revit proficiency with the ability to understand and guide modeling workflows
• Solid understanding of building codes and accessibility regulations
• Proven ability to lead, communicate, and motivate teams in a dynamic environment
• High emotional intelligence, client-facing polish, and strong presentation skills
• Experience with Type IIIA or Type V wood-frame construction preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field preferred
• CDT certification or similar accreditation preferred
