• Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, timelines, and budgets
• Design customized leisure travel packages including cruises, tours, flights, hotels, and ground services
• Provide expert guidance on destinations, resorts, ships, and travel experiences
• Manage reservations, confirmations, documents, and changes accurately
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after trips
• Use CRM and internal systems to track bookings and manage pipeline
• Collaborate with travel partners, including Signature Travel Network, to secure the best rates and perks
• Stay up to date on industry trends, promotions, itineraries, and specialty travel opportunities
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships to support repeat business and referrals

Leisure Travel Consultant Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a leisure travel consultant
• Experience in vacation/leisure travel only
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Strong communication, service, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
• Passion for travel and exploring new destinations
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
