A rapidly growing building-materials organization is confidentially seeking a President to lead a high-potential operating company within the construction services sector in the California Bay Area. This is a rare opportunity to take full operational control, reshape a legacy culture, and execute a bold growth strategy with the financial backing and infrastructure already in place. This leader will drive people, performance and profitability. They will set standards, build accountability and develop a team that wins while strengthening relationships with national builders and scaling business into new markets. The right candidate brings industry credibility, operational excellence and the maturity of leadership to be a change agent from day one.

Salary Range: $300,000 / Year + potential bonuses

President Responsibilities:

        Lead all business operations with a focus on EBITDA growth and organizational scale

        Refine operational processes, performance standards and accountability across the organization

        Build, coach and restructure the team to create a high-performance, positive culture

        Strengthen and expand strategic builder relationships to accelerate revenue growth

        Partner closely with finance to drive cost control, forecasting and profitability

        Oversee workforce planning, hiring, retention, payroll and compensation structure

        Implement change management to elevate cultural alignment with the broader enterprise

        Leverage corporate shared services to support aggressive expansion

        Serve as the key decision-maker and prioritize smart investments and long-term growth

President Requirements:

        Minimum 8 years leadership experience in building materials or related sectors

        Deep operational understanding of scaling teams, optimizing process and driving financial results

        Strong relationships with home builders and proven ability to grow Pro channels

        Expert in strategic planning, organizational design and cultural transformation

        Emotionally intelligent communicator capable of inspiring and influencing at every level

        Track record of driving EBITDA improvement and managing budgets/P&L

        Confident risk-taker with a proactive, hunger-to-win mentality

        CSLB license and experience integrating within multi-entity corporate structures preferred
