This position will keep vendors paid, operations smooth and momentum strong. This role owns the full accounts function three days a week. From daily toll manufacturing invoices to weekly pay runs and credit card expense oversight, you will be the steady hand that ensures accuracy, compliance and speed. Salary Range: $58,000 – $64,480 / Year DOE

Part-Time AP Clerk Responsibilities:

• Manage full AP lifecycle including invoice entry, coding, routing and weekly pay runs
• Verify bank account details by phone and handle secure electronic payments
• Process high-volume toll manufacturing invoices from overseas vendors
• Handle occasional marketing and one-off invoices with accuracy and urgency
• Oversee and improve the credit card expense system
• Maintain organized, paperless AP records within NetSuite
• Partner with the Controller, Accounting Manager and AR team to meet deadlines

Part-Time AP Clerk Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on AP experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Experience with electronic/vendor payments and credit card expense systems
• Strong Outlook skills and comfort in a paperless environment
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Accounting or Finance degree preferred
