Job Description

The powerhouse behind premium pet brands is expanding its U.S. operations and looking for two Operations Coordinators to support logistics, supply chain, and customer service functions. This role ensures products arrive on time and in full, while maintaining strong communication across internal teams, customers, 3PL partners, and freight providers. Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Communicate proactively with customer service, sales, and clients regarding delays and updates
  • Support root cause analysis by logging and tracking OSD issues
  • Partner with operations leadership and 3PL providers to troubleshoot shipment or inventory issues
  • Work with deductions and billing teams to resolve discrepancies
  • File and manage loss claims within the 3PL portal
  • Coordinate special orders, end caps, and display shipments outside the 3PL network
  • Create and maintain operational reports and shipment data
  • Support order-to-cash workflows, EDI processes, and ERP data accuracy
  • Deliver continuous improvement through process updates and better data visibility

Operations Coordinator Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain or operations within consumer products
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with EDI, warehouse portals, inventory systems, or ASNs
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communicator who builds strong relationships across teams
  • You take initiative and follow through
  • Ability to manage self, ask questions, and stay proactive
  • Improvement mindset
  • Experience working with 3PLs and freight providers preferred
  • Sage 200 ERP familiarity or similar systems knowledge preferred
