One of California’s fastest-growing plaintiff law firms is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its powerhouse litigation team in Los Angeles. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting a team of trial attorneys focused exclusively on personal injury cases. You’ll handle a high-volume caseload, manage discovery, and coordinate closely with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel. The firm’s structure allows you to focus on litigation, not admin, so you can work efficiently and make an impact on every case. Salary Range: $62,400 – $72,800 / Year DOE

Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 40–50 active PI cases from pre-litigation through trial prep
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, case managers, and opposing counsel
• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
• Review medical records, depositions, and discovery responses
• Coordinate with case management teams for calendaring and documentation
• Maintain organized digital files and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with other paralegals and team members to drive case strategy and results

Personal Injury Paralegal Requirements:

• 3 – 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Strong working knowledge of California civil procedure and discovery rules
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Clio
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
