One of the major companies transforming the way cities move by partnering with municipalities to deliver zero-emission, tech-enabled transportation that connects communities and reduces congestion is seeking a Partnership Success Manager. This role will own and grow key municipal relationships across South Florida and Orlando. This is a high-visibility, strategic role for someone who knows how to influence government stakeholders, expand public-private partnerships, and drive revenue through smart, trust-based relationship management. As the face of the company to city and agency partners, you will deepen engagement with local government officials, ensure program success, lead renewals, and identify expansion opportunities that improve mobility and community outcomes. You’ll bring a proactive lens to partnership growth, build the playbook for client engagement, and create a consistent, value-driven rhythm with your assigned cities. This role is built for a polished, curious, proactive relationship builder who knows how to navigate municipal environments, spot opportunity where others miss it, and lead conversations with confidence.
Partnership Success Manager Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of ~15 municipal accounts across South Florida and Orlando
- Lead all renewals and expansion discussions
- Build trust and long-term relationships with city officials, transportation leaders, and key stakeholders
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and deliver data-driven program updates showcasing ROI and community impact
- Identify, pitch, and secure contract expansion and new service opportunities aligned to partner needs
- Track transportation performance metrics, prepare reports, and share insights that influence city decision-making
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with operations, product, and leadership to deliver successful programs
- Maintain accurate records, client data, and pipeline tracking using HubSpot
- Serve as the strategic partner and advisor to each city
Partnership Success Manager Requirements:
- 6 – 8 years of experience in account management, customer success, government relations, or partnerships supporting public sector clients
- Deep understanding of municipal processes, transportation or mobility programs, and/or public-private partnerships
- Strong executive presence with the ability to lead conversations, influence key stakeholders, and instill confidence
- Demonstrated success driving renewals, upselling, or expansion within long-term client accounts
- Self-starter with the ability to build processes where they don’t exist and improve what does
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in mobility, sustainability, EV, or micromobility is a plus
