Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 / year DOE

Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of employment litigation matters simultaneously
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents for active cases
• Argue motions and represent clients in court hearings
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and solutions
• Participate in trial preparation and occasional trial work
• Maintain organized and accurate case files and documentation
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel effectively
• Ensure legal and ethical compliance in all matters

Associate Attorney Requirements:

• 8+ years of civil litigation experience, motion practice essential
• Active Washington State Bar membership required
• Employment law experience preferred
• Trial experience considered a strong plus
• Excellent attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
• Consistent, reliable, and work-oriented approach
• Ability to manage workload independently while collaborating as needed
