A full-service national general contractor based in North Olmsted, Ohio is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join its dynamic construction team, managing retail, commercial, and light medical/hotel projects. This role oversees multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager coordinates teams, manages schedules, reviews plans and contracts, and acts as a central point of communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and collaborative, with strong commercial construction experience in fast-paced, multi-project environments.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion
• Review construction documents, plans, contracts, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track project progress and performance using project management systems
• Facilitate meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
• Assist with post-construction closeout and documentation
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Project Manager Requirements:

• Proven commercial construction experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or engineering
• Familiarity with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud collaboration tools preferred
• Restaurant or hotel construction experience is a plus
