Job Description

Join a highly respected, long-established New Hampshire litigation firm known for its rigorous advocacy, unwavering professionalism, and deep roots within the state’s medical and legal communities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven Med Mal Defense Senior Associate to step into high-stakes, intellectually complex medical malpractice work while being supported by partners who are deeply committed to mentorship, skill-building, and your long-term success.

In this role, you’ll manage substantive cases from intake through resolution with meaningful partner collaboration, not micromanagement. You’ll handle depositions, discovery, court appearances, and strategic drafting while steadily expanding your client-facing responsibilities and taking ownership of increasingly sophisticated matters. The firm’s culture is collegial, collaborative, and deeply invested in developing future partners, making it an ideal environment for an attorney who values teamwork, precision, and a clear path toward long-term advancement.

If you’re a detail-oriented litigator who thrives on complex, expert-driven cases and is seeking a firm where your growth, professionalism, and career goals are genuinely supported, this role offers a rare blend of prestige, mentorship, and partnership potential in one of New England’s most stable and respected practices.
