A growing residential construction firm is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to oversee multiple high-end single-family home builds in the South Bay area. This role involves managing day-to-day field operations across several job sites, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring schedules stay on track. Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 / year DOE

Construction Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple residential construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate daily scheduling and supervision of subcontractors and trades
• Communicate regularly with design teams, clients, and project management staff
• Ensure materials and supplies are ordered and delivered according to project timelines
• Review and implement design plans in collaboration with internal teams
• Maintain safety, organization, and compliance standards on job sites
• Track project progress, identify issues, and report updates to management
• Work closely with office staff and project leaders to support timelines and budgets

Construction Project Coordinator Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction coordination or site supervision
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a personable and professional demeanor
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with subcontractors and vendors
• Familiarity with project management software or similar tools
• Reliable transportation to travel between project sites as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment
