A long-standing and respected real estate management firm based in Danville, CA is seeking a Hands-On Landscape Coordinator to join their growing team. Great landscaping doesn’t happen by accident. You’ll be the hands, eyes, and heartbeat behind the landscaping for a portfolio of six commercial properties totaling 343,326 square feet. Your work will shape the first impression for every tenant, visitor, and community member who steps onto the grounds. Salary Range: $60,000 – $68,000 / year DOE

• Plant, maintain, and care for trees, shrubs, and other landscape material.
• Monitor plant health and address issues, including disease, pests, and irrigation needs.
• Inspect, adjust, and troubleshoot irrigation timer systems.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, and compliance issues.
• Oversee and coordinate landscape contractors and vendors.
• Perform light maintenance and assist with setup for marketing events.
• Maintain records of plant inventory, irrigation schedules, and maintenance activities.
• Communicate with tenants on-site and relay updates to management.
• Assist inspectors during safety, fire, or other regulatory checks.

Hands-On Facilities and Grounds Coordinator Requirements:

• 2 – 3+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, facilities, or property maintenance
• Strong knowledge of plant material and some knowledge of trees
• Hands-on experience with irrigation systems, including timers, adjustments, and drainage
• Ability to read landscape plans and coordinate projects
• Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and irrigation systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Truck or vehicle suitable for transporting tools and supplies is preferred
• Physically able to climb ladders, lift up to 40 lbs, and walk large sites
• Comfortable using mobile tools for reporting and photo documentation
• Self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Customer service–oriented and patient.
• Available to work Tuesday–Saturday, with occasional evening or weekend events.
• Bilingual preferred
