This role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex packaging machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Electrical Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Read electrical blueprints to diagnose issues with flexographic packaging machinery
• Maintain and repair control panels, sensors, and electrical systems
• Work hands-on with VFDs, DC motor drives, servos, and stepper motors
• Monitor production lines to ensure continuous operation of multiple machines
• Communicate effectively with machine operators and manufacturers for troubleshooting
• Track parts and maintenance activities using Microsoft Excel
• Assist Maintenance Manager in prioritizing repair and maintenance tasks
• Respond to urgent machine breakdowns and perform on-site fixes

Electrical Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience on production lines
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with industrial plant machinery
• Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate Spanish comprehension, bilingual preferred
• Flexible to work 2pm-10pm with potential overtime for production needs
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
