Job Description

Hybrid

A prestigious Los Angeles boutique is seeking a high-performing Commercial & Business Litigation Counsel to join its hybrid team. This highly coveted role sits within a small, exceptionally selective firm known for handling some of the most sophisticated, intellectually challenging, and high-stakes commercial disputes in the region.

This is a rare opportunity for attorneys who want to practice at the cutting edge of complex business litigation, without getting lost in big-law hierarchy. You’ll work directly with nationally respected trial lawyers, contribute to headline-worthy matters, and take on work that demands both strategic precision and courtroom finesse.

What truly sets this firm apart is its unmatched mentorship, deeply hands-on litigation experience, and one of the fastest, clearest paths to partnership available in the commercial litigation space. If you’re energized by impact, driven by growth, and fascinated by complex business disputes, this is the environment where ambitious litigators accelerate.

Here you’ll shape strategy, take and defend pivotal depositions, brief cutting-edge issues, and have real opportunities to argue motions and chair trials far earlier than at traditional firms.

This role blends big-law caliber matters with boutique-firm autonomy, influence, and individualized career development. It’s ideal for attorneys who want substantive responsibility, meaningful mentorship, sophisticated litigation work, and a long-term leadership runway, without sacrificing flexibility, humanity, or work-life alignment.

If you’re a growth-minded litigator ready to elevate your practice and contribute to one of LA’s most respected small-firm litigation teams, this opportunity is truly exceptional.
