A growing automotive services company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking a driven and hands-on General Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations, lead business expansion, and bring structure and growth-minded leadership to a well-established but evolving organization. This role involves overseeing financial performance, optimizing field and installation operations, developing scalable systems, and driving strategic expansion into new markets. The ideal candidate is a street-smart operator who thrives in building efficiency, managing people, and scaling small businesses into professional, high-performance organizations.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations with full accountability for financial performance and operational outcomes
- Establish and refine systems, processes, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams with a focus on accountability and professional growth
- Drive strategic expansion initiatives and position the company for sustainable growth across new markets
- Assess operations to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions for improvement
- Collaborate with ownership or executive leadership to align business objectives and long-term goals
- Foster a cohesive, results-oriented culture focused on performance, integrity, and continuous improvement
- Ensure sound financial management and operational discipline to maintain profitability and stability
General Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in leadership or management roles
- Proven success overseeing operations with direct responsibility for financial results and business growth
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial decision-making
- Track record of developing teams, implementing structure, and building efficient business systems
- Background in operations management within service-based, retail, or related industries
- Hands-on leader with experience scaling or restructuring small to mid-sized organizations
- Comfortable leading independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and organizational growth
