- Review and interpret geotechnical data, reports, and design documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards
- Prepare engineering submittals and technical documentation for review and approval
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, civil, and field operations, to support safe and efficient project execution
- Ensure designs meet applicable codes, specifications, and project performance requirements
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams
- Apply geotechnical modeling tools to evaluate soil–structure interaction and validate design performance
- Support all phases of project delivery—from preliminary design through construction—while maintaining focus on quality, schedule, and constructability

- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain licensure in the region of practice
- Proficiency with geotechnical analysis software
- Proven experience on major infrastructure or transit-adjacent construction projects
- Familiarity with regional design standards and permitting processes
- Stable career progression with consistent long-term roles
- Background working for general contractors or design-build teams on heavy civil projects
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across engineering and construction disciplines in high-density project settings
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with bonus potential
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) plan with up to 5% employer match
- Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time beginning after 90 days of employment
