A dynamic, expanding investment advisory firm is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Financial Advisor to join their team in Olympia, Washington. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of both accredited and unaccredited clients, introducing clients to innovative investment opportunities, and driving business development to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, energetic, and committed to growing their client base while delivering personalized wealth management solutions.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 / year DOE

Financial Advisor Responsibilities:

• Manage an existing portfolio of clients and build new relationships through networking, referrals, and strategic initiatives
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored investment strategies
• Educate clients on a range of investment opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, investment execution, and ongoing client support
• Participate in local marketing events and seminars to support business development efforts
• Achieve growth and revenue objectives while maintaining fiduciary standards
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements

Financial Advisor Requirements:

• Active licenses (Series 65/66 or equivalent)
• Minimum 3–5 years of advisory or investment sales experience
• Strong understanding of securities regulations and compliance standards
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for growth and achievement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, growth-oriented, and driven to generate new business
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or related field
