Salary Range: $75,000 – $130,000 / year DOE 

Senior Project Manager Requirements:   

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience 
• Expertise in commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and insulation 
• Experience managing $5M–$10M annually in projects 
• Proven ability to complete detailed takeoffs, estimates, and project proposals 
• Strong knowledge of project budgets, cost tracking, schedules, and change orders 
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, or WinBid (Plexxis experience a plus) 
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred, but not required 
• Active driver’s license and clean driving record 

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities: 

• Manage multiple commercial drywall projects from initiation through closeout 
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation 
• Coordinate between clients, vendors, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery 
• Prepare detailed takeoffs, estimates, proposals, and submittals 
• Monitor project performance, track change orders, and update schedules 
• Maintain cost accuracy, process billings, and ensure timely reporting 
• Prepare and deliver closeout documentation for completed projects 
• Lead with accountability and problem-solving to resolve issues on-site and in the planning stages
