This role involves managing civil litigation cases, supporting partners, handling client interactions, and appearing in court. Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage civil litigation cases from intake to resolution across NV & CA matters
• Support partners with case strategy, documentation, and client communications
• Attend court appearances and represent clients effectively
• Perform legal research and prepare briefs using Westlaw
• Collaborate with assigned mentor and onboarding buddy for professional growth
• Maintain timely reporting and updates on case progress
• Handle a manageable caseload with emphasis on quality and accuracy

Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year civil litigation experience, flexible on total years
• Bar admission in NV required; CA bar preferred or willingness to handle CA cases
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing responsibilities independently
• Confident and gregarious with client-facing abilities
• Prior moot court experience is a plus
• Interest in long-term career growth and partnership opportunities
