In this role, you will partner closely with attorneys to manage heavy litigation dockets, prepare case documents, and serve as a vital point of contact for clients. Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 / year DOE  

Litigation Paralegal Requirements:   

• 3–5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience 
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) 
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite 
• Experience with eFiling required 
• Ability to handle heavy caseloads and strict deadlines without losing composure 
• Strong client-facing communication skills, friendly and professional demeanor 
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred 

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: 

• Support an attorney with case management and litigation tasks 
• Handle docket management, discovery, calendaring, and pre-trial preparation 
• Draft and file legal documents to meet all deadlines 
• Meet with clients and serve as a primary contact, including handling client calls 
• Work closely with legal assistants and medical records clerks to maintain efficiency 
• Assist with 60+ active cases in filing status and manage a total docket of 90–100 cases 
• Ensure all tasks are completed timely and proactively anticipate attorney needs
