Salary Range: $72,000 – $90,000 / year DOE

Finish Carpentry Superintendent Responsibilities: 

• Oversee field crews installing custom windows and doors
• Perform quality control checks to ensure precise, safe, and clean installations
• Coordinate scheduling and project details with general contractors and clients
• Review plans, prepare bids, and process change orders
• Order and track materials, keeping detailed records organized
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
• Support field crews when needed, providing technical expertise and guidance
• Manage both remodel and new construction projects, ensuring timely completion

Finish Carpentry Superintendent Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on finish carpentry experience with residential custom builds
• Expertise in window and door installation, including pivot doors, sliding glass, and high-end aluminum windows
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• General technology proficiency, including tablets for field supervision
• Experience working on high-value custom residential projects
• Must provide own tools
• Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with high-end clients
