Salary Range: $95,000 – $135,000 / year DOE 

Associate Attorney Requirements:  

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school 
• Active member (or pending admission) of the Nevada Bar, or willingness to sit for the next exam 
• 1–3 years of private practice experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills (writing samples required) 
• Excellent academic credentials and oral communication abilities 
• Genuine interest in complex bankruptcy, business litigation, and real estate transactions 

Associate Attorney Responsibilities: 

• Support three partners in managing a variety of cases, from complex bankruptcy proceedings to real estate transactions and appellate litigation 
• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery documents, and legal memoranda 
• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case law, and bankruptcy code 
• Prepare case summaries, client advisories, and ensure compliance with deadlines and court requirements 
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case updates, documentation, and strategy 
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials as readiness develops 
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and trial preparation 
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-quality environment
