One of the Bay Area’s most respected construction firms is hiring a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support its leadership team and play a key role in company operations, marketing coordination, and event planning. Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 / year DOE
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and three business partners, including travel booking, calendar management, and event logistics
- Coordinate and execute internal and external company events including vendor communication, scheduling, and day-of logistics
- Serve as the point person for marketing coordination, recruiting travel logistics, and sponsorship engagements
- Partner with project management teams to ensure data accuracy and assist with light financial review tasks
- Act as the face of the company for logistics and coordination with partner organizations
- Maintain confidentiality and manage some personal support duties for the executive team
- Ensure every task is completed with timeliness, professionalism, and extreme attention to detail
Executive Assistant Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager supporting C-suite executives
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset
- Must be able to work independently and pivot quickly
- Impeccable punctuality and follow-through
- Tech-savvy with comfort learning new systems; knowledge of Vista is a plus
- Must be able to navigate and support four high-performing leaders with varying personalities and style=””>#LI-KL1
