Job Description

An innovative printing company in Plymouth, Wisconsin, is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join their team. This role combines account management and sales, supporting existing clients while developing new business opportunities. The Salesperson will provide quotes, collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs, and meet with clients both virtually and in person. The ideal candidate is outgoing, entrepreneurial, and brings a strong background in printing industry sales, ready to contribute immediately in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Salesperson Responsibilities: 

  • Manage existing customer accounts and build strong, lasting relationships
  • Identify and pursue new leads to grow sales revenue
  • Prepare accurate quotes based on customer needs and internal capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to determine proper mediums, materials, and pricing
  • Travel to client sites and meet face-to-face to assess requirements and offer solutions
  • Track sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM software
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide expert guidance to customers

Salesperson Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the printing industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Excel
  • Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel as needed and meet clients in person
