Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 / year DOE

Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney Responsibilities: 

• Manage a caseload of 40-50 personal injury cases at a time
• Lead all aspects of litigation including trial preparation, discovery, and courtroom representation
• Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to gather documents and prepare cases
• Focus exclusively on personal injury cases without involvement in other practice areas
• Serve as the primary trial attorney and take over cases from retiring senior staff
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates
•  Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight deadlines
• Utilize case management systems to track, document, and organize case files

Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney Requirements:

• Active California Bar license
• 3-5+ years of litigation experience on the personal injury side (plaintiff only)
• 2+ years of trial experience
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Strong communication, client management, and courtroom presentation skills
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanor
• High drive, ambition, and work ethic to match a fast-paced environment
