A well-established manufacturing company specializing in furniture for educational spaces, based in Los Angeles, is seeking a Relationship Sales Manager to drive sales growth by managing and expanding dealer accounts, delivering product presentations, and developing new business opportunities across the West Coast, offering a supportive leadership team, a collaborative culture, and strong opportunities for professional and financial growth. Salary Range: $90,000 – $140,000 / year DOE

Relationship Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer network to drive sales growth and loyalty
  • Conduct product trainings and presentations to educate dealer teams on features and benefits
  • Identify and develop new leads through cold outreach and targeted prospecting efforts
  • Expand current accounts by promoting new product categories and uncovering additional opportunities
  • Collaborate with inside sales and account managers to ensure seamless order processing and follow-up
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to increase brand visibility
  • Track sales activity and progress using CRM software, reporting key insights to management
  • Provide feedback from dealers to inform product development and marketing strategies

Relationship Sales Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in relationship-based sales or business development
  • Proven ability to present and sell to dealers or B2B clients
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Outlook and Word
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time across West Coast territories
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
