A leading wealth management firm headquartered in San Diego is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 4–5 month assignment. The role will focus on managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting a high-functioning People and Culture team during a leadership transition. Salary Range: $24.00 – $28.00 / hour DOE

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain organized candidate pipelines within ClearCompany ATS
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Track applicant communications and maintain accuracy across all records
• Partner with the TA Specialist to streamline and improve recruiting processes
• Provide support for key hiring initiatives during a leadership absence
• Keep recruiting operations structured and consistent for all stakeholders
• Contribute to an exceptional, polished candidate experience

Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Familiarity with ClearCompany ATS preferred
• Experience with Asana or other project management tools highly valued
• Knowledge of wealth management or financial services environments preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
