A leading technology consulting firm based in Irvine, CA is seeking a skilled OneStream Implementation Manager to lead financial software implementations and deliver innovative solutions for clients nationwide. This role focuses on guiding projects from start to finish, mentoring associates, and building strong client relationships with senior executives. Salary Range: $115,000 – $215,000 / year DOE

OneStream Implementation Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end OneStream implementation projects across diverse clients
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, ensuring alignment and success
• Mentor and develop associates, providing ongoing coaching and leadership
• Contribute to presales activities, including proposals and RFP support
• Design and implement creative solutions that optimize finance operations
• Oversee deliverables to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs
• Present project updates and solutions to stakeholders in clear, actionable terms

OneStream Implementation Manager Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in finance technology or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
• OneStream Certified Associate or strong Hyperion/Oracle EPM experience
• At least 3 years managing OneStream implementations
• Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
• Experience leading teams on technology-driven projects
• Ability to travel to client sites when required
