A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to provide guidance and support on a variety of workplace-related legal issues. This attorney will be responsible for delivering practical legal counsel, drafting employment policies, supporting litigation, and helping clients navigate complex labor and employment matters. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team.

Employment Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on employment law matters, including hiring, discipline, terminations, wage and hour issues, discrimination, and workplace policies
• Draft and review employment-related documents such as policies, handbooks, and contracts
• Conduct legal research and prepare clear, concise written opinions and memoranda
• Assist with litigation preparation, discovery, depositions, and trial support as needed
• Deliver timely responses to client inquiries
• Participate in trainings, presentations, or client education sessions
• Maintain accurate billing records and meet monthly billable targets

Employment Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of employment litigation experience
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and related legal tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
