Production Associate Responsibilities:

• Feed paper accurately into a 6-color Heidelberg printing press across various production runs
• Hang press plates, switch colors, and ensure smooth transitions between jobs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace including equipment and surrounding area
• Monitor press operation and make adjustments for different board types and curls
• Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear while handling machinery
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting minor machine issues
• Arrive on time, demonstrate reliability, and support a positive team environment

Production Associate Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around machinery
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding, hands-on role
• Strong attention to detail when operating press equipment
• Reliability and consistent attendance record
• 1+ years of relevant experience in printing or production
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
