As a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney, you will manage your own docket of 60–90 cases, handle depositions, trial preparation, and work closely with a dedicated paralegal, legal assistant, and medical records clerk. Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 / year DOE + bonus 

Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney Requirements:  

• 2–3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience, including motor vehicle accidents 
• Litigation and trial experience, first-chair experience preferred 
• Experience managing a full docket (60–90 cases) 
• Strong organizational and delegation skills to manage a support team (paralegal, legal assistant, medical records clerk) 
• Client-oriented, with excellent communication skills 
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred 
• Must live within 45 minutes of Houston, TX 

Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney Responsibilities: 

• Handle all aspects of your docket, including depositions, trial preparation, and client communications 
• Collaborate with your support staff to ensure efficient case management 
• Maintain organized case files in the firm’s case management system 
• Respond to client needs promptly and professionally 
• Lead and delegate tasks to your team while ensuring high-quality service
