A boutique law firm is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Associate Attorney with 5–7 years of corporate/business litigation experience to join its Atlanta-based team. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex matters across a wide range of industries and clients. Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters from inception through trial
• Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and manage pre-trial preparation
• Participate in or lead trial strategy and courtroom proceedings
• Advise clients on insurance coverage issues and other high-stakes business matters
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda with minimal supervision
• Work collaboratively with partners and other attorneys in team-led cases
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic counsel
• Contribute to firm business development efforts and thought leadership

Associate Attorney Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Georgia Bar license
• 5–7 years of experience in general business or corporate litigation
• Background in at least some of the following practice areas: Insurance coverage, Communications law, Agribusiness, Technology and software licensing, Intellectual property rights, Data security, Corporate governance and fiduciary duties, B2B disputes, civil RICO, UCC disputes, Restrictive covenant, employment, or product liability, or Real estate litigation
• Strong understanding of the full litigation lifecycle and hands-on trial preparation experience
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional demeanor with a team-player attitude
