We are seeking a creative and strategic Organic Social Media Specialist to lead our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, transforming these platforms into high-engagement channels that attract both candidates and clients.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 / year DOE

Organic Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary voice and personality of the brand across social platforms, producing content that stops the scroll, inspires interaction, and builds community
  • Develop, manage, and execute a robust content calendar that aligns with business goals and amplifies the company’s message
  • Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, initiating conversations, and fostering meaningful relationships
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine strategies for maximum impact
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, platform updates, and industry shifts to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive
  • Collaborate with recruiters, marketing, and leadership to convert success stories, company culture, and thought leadership into compelling, shareable content

Organic Social Media Specialist Requirements:

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in managing and growing organic social media accounts, ideally within a professional services, staffing, or recruitment environment
  • Exceptional skills in all social media platforms
  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skills across multiple formats including static imagery, video, and carousel posts
  • Proficiency with design and scheduling tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social scheduling platforms
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools is a huge plus
  • Background in employer branding or talent marketing is preferred
  • Basic video production and editing capabilities for social content
