Mid-Senior Level Associate Responsibilities:

• Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and dispositive motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Argue motions and participate in mediations, hearings, and negotiations
• Work collaboratively with multiple partners across varied casework
• Deliver responsive and strategic client service with precision and professionalism
• Contribute to team-based culture and actively seek opportunities for involvement and growth

Mid-Senior Level Associate Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of employment litigation or complex commercial litigation experience
• Experience in employment law preferred, but strong defense-side litigation considered
• Admitted to the Ohio State Bar
• Excellent academic credentials, writing ability, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, self-driven work ethic—not a passive or hands-off contributor
• Strong presence, courtroom confidence, and collaborative mindset
• Stable work history
