A legal firm is seeking a results-driven and client-focused UBE Attorney to join their dynamic and fast-paced plaintiff-side Lemon Law practice in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, pre-litigation role focused on negotiating favorable settlements on behalf of clients experiencing issues with defective vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a UBE license, and the drive to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented legal environment.

UBE Attorney Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume pre-litigation lemon law cases from intake through settlement
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients throughout the legal process
• Draft and manage all case-related documents within Clio
• Maintain accurate case records and updates in accordance with firm standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and successful case resolution
• Adapt to multi-jurisdictional caseloads with UBE-qualified flexibility

UBE Attorney Requirements:

• Licensed UBE attorney in good standing
• 0–2+ years of legal experience; plaintiff-side strongly preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client service skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using legal case management software
• Experience with E-Corp filing is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Must be professional, team-oriented, and results-driven
• Prior experience in Lemon Law or consumer protection is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume caseloads is a plus
• Comfortable working with clients across various UBE states
• Interest in growing with a fast-expanding litigation firm
