Project Manager/Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple flooring projects from planning to close-out, ensuring quality and on-time completion
• Prepare take-offs, pricing, and schedules to meet client and project specifications
• Collaborate with site superintendents and installation crews to coordinate work efficiently
• Manage and approve change orders while maintaining accurate records
• Track and update project details using Salesforce and other project management tools
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and clients to maintain smooth workflows
• Support company growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for operational improvement

Project Manager/Account Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project management within commercial or industrial construction
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and shifting schedules effectively
• Strong estimating, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with clients, field staff, and leadership teams
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other project management software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Degree not required; relevant hands-on construction experience accepted
