Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across production, tech, and materials departments
• Manage three department leads and guide floor staff to meet safety and quality standards
• Ensure adherence to industry compliance regulations and internal security protocols
• Collaborate with leadership on strategies for profitability, growth, and budgeting
• Master ERP system and ensure accurate workflow, inventory, and production tracking
• Maintain facility operations and drive continuous process improvement
• Foster team morale and resolve personnel challenges with empathy and effectiveness

Operations Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an operations management role
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, floor-engaged management style
• Comfortable navigating a compliance-heavy environment with certifications and audits
• Adaptable to changing inventory and unexpected production demands
• Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
• Hands-on leadership style with presence on the floor
