A respected architecture and design firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for graphic design and proposal writing who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in developing strategic proposals, creating compelling visuals, managing social media, and supporting internal and client-facing communications. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a senior marketing role.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Director with proposals, presentations, and strategic content development
• Create visually compelling materials that align with brand guidelines using Adobe InDesign
• Manage marketing collateral, resumes, project sheets, and databases
• Coordinate interview prep and rehearsals for proposal teams
• Maintain and update social media channels; develop relevant content
• Organize internal events and client-facing meetings
• Support administrative tasks and special projects as needed
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in the AEC or design industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and graphic design skills
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Team-oriented with a professional, proactive attitude
• Experience with social media content creation and strategy is preferred
• Canva experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Open Asset CRM is a plus
