Job Description
A respected independent Registered Investment Advisor firm is seeking a Financial Advisor to join its close-knit, high-performing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients, developing and executing tailored financial plans that reflect fiduciary care and long-term client relationships. This opportunity is ideal for a tech-savvy and highly organized advisor who thrives in a collaborative, low-turnover environment and wants to grow within a stable, relationship-driven firm.
Salary Range: $105,000 – $110,000 / year DOE
Financial Advisor Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans focused on retirement, investment, estate, and tax strategies
- Manage a book of clients, provide regular reviews, and proactively address financial goals and changes
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with individuals, families, and small businesses
- Leverage eMoney for detailed planning and Redtail CRM for client management and compliance
- Educate and support clients in utilizing digital tools and financial technologies
- Remain current on market trends, regulatory changes, and investment strategies
- Contribute to a team-oriented firm environment through collaboration and shared client service excellence
Financial Advisor Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years in financial advising or planning
- Series 65 license required
- Proficiency in eMoney and Redtail CRM
- Strong understanding of retirement planning, investment products, and financial strategy development
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships in a structured, detail-oriented manner
- CFP® certification is preferred
- Familiarity with Morningstar and Orion platforms a plus
- Experience working in a small RIA or boutique advisory setting is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; high emotional intelligence
