Estimator Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and plan analysis using Bluebeam
• Prepare and submit multiple bids per week across varied commercial flooring projects
• Collaborate with sales team to build competitive pricing strategies and scope outlines
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain current pricing and product information
• Track bid submissions and maintain detailed documentation in organized logs
• Interpret construction documents and identify project requirements for accurate quoting
• Assist with refining scope sheets and supporting bid presentations as needed
• Support ongoing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure bid accuracy and reliable material sourcing

Estimator Requirements:

• Prior experience estimating flooring, tile, or stone commercial projects
• Proficiency using Bluebeam and reading architectural construction documents
• Strong communication and follow-up skills with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize shifting tasks effectively
• Knowledge of takeoff workflows and bid tracking best practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction platforms like ProCore
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting
