Salary Range: $72,800 – $93,600 / year DOE

Punch Press Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair punch press machinery to ensure smooth production operations
• Troubleshoot mechanical and minor electrical issues across manufacturing equipment
• Rebuild and adjust presses, winders, unwinders, and straighteners as needed
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prevent equipment downtime
• Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized work area
• Assist with installation and upgrades of new machinery
• Track maintenance activities and report machine status to the Maintenance Manager

Punch Press Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in industrial settings
• Experience with heavy machinery and punch press equipment
• Electrical knowledge or basic PLC experience preferred but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and within a small maintenance team
• Personal tools are preferred but not required
• Comfortable working 10-hour shifts with occasional overtime
