A trusted name in federal and commercial construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee active job site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role is vital to the success of high-stakes projects, including federal contracts. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and brings a deep understanding of both commercial and federal project execution.

Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Lead daily on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination
• Enforce site safety and compliance with OSHA and internal standards
• Monitor project schedules and proactively manage timeline adjustments
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and resolve construction issues
• Maintain and report accurate site documentation, including daily logs and project updates
• Coordinate material and equipment logistics to prevent delays
• Oversee and support budget adherence in collaboration with project management
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and problem resolution on-site
• Ensure compliance with Pantex-specific reporting protocols

Superintendent Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on $2M+ federal and/or commercial GC projects
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft 365; adaptable to secure federal jobsite protocols
• Strong understanding of construction timelines, safety procedures, and budget tracking
• Proven leadership in managing subcontractors and project teams
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• CPR certification preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to adapt to changing project needs and communicate effectively across teams
• Resilient under pressure and proactive in addressing job site challenges
