Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 / year DOE

Junior Financial Planner Responsibilities:

• Run detailed retirement and cash flow analyses for client planning
• Assist with client meeting prep, follow-up, and data management
• Support trading, portfolio implementation, and investment operations
• Coordinate money movement and ensure compliance with procedures
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Use planning and CRM tools such as Orion, Salesforce, Schwab, and Fidelity

Junior Financial Planner Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; candidates working toward CFP® certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) or financial services firm
• Familiarity with financial planning concepts
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Professional and polished written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with client interaction and money movement protocols
• Experience with Fidelity, Schwab, Salesforce, or Orion a strong plus
