Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 / year DOE

Concrete Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead structural concrete projects from planning to completion within Orange County
• Oversee field operations, job site visits, scheduling, and vendor coordination
• Serve as primary liaison with clients to maintain strong relationships and address challenges
• Support light business development through existing contacts and industry networking
• Manage multiple projects and oversee future project engineers as the territory scales
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery standards
• Represent the company as a trusted, capable face of the region

Concrete Project Manager Requirements:

• 5–7 years of structural concrete project management experience
• Track record managing commercial construction projects in the $5M–$20M range
• Strong reputation with clients and ability to lead field coordination efforts
• Deep familiarity with the Orange County construction market
• Capable of thriving in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
• Willing to travel to sites daily and work fully onsite
• Bachelor’s degree, EIT, or OSHA certification preferred but not required
