Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 / year DOE

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Enter and process customer orders from start to finish with speed and accuracy
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers and sales teams
• Build rapport with internal reps and provide timely updates on order statuses
• Respond to order inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a calm, professional manner
• Coordinate with other departments to confirm delivery timelines and issue credits
• Use Excel to pull reports and a proprietary system for order management
• Support upselling opportunities and ensure a positive customer experience

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role handling full order cycles
• Proficient in Excel, including basic formulas and reporting
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
• Experience with upselling or inside sales is a plus
