You’ll play a critical role in budget oversight, subcontractor coordination, team leadership, and schedule management, while also helping uphold the company’s long-standing reputation for craftsmanship, integrity, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented builder with strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage 4–5 ground-up commercial construction projects concurrently
  • Forecast budgets, staffing, cost-to-complete, and billing schedules
  • Oversee subcontractor coordination, bid reviews, and contract approvals
  • Lead job-site meetings, site visits, and weekly internal coordination sessions
  • Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, change orders, and reporting
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, promoting clear communication and strong relationships
  • Mentor and guide project teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
  • Ensure project documentation, safety protocols, and close-out packages are accurate and timely
  • Maintain high standards of jobsite performance, ethics, and craftsmanship

Project Manager Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years as a PM on commercial ground-up builds
  • Experience managing projects from $1M–$5M in value
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Pre-engineered steel experience is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Clean driving record
  • Familiarity with Foundation software, Microsoft 365, and Excel
  • Must be humble, team-oriented, and committed to doing things the right way
  • OSHA training and forklift certification is a plus

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Quarterly discretionary bonuses
  • End-of-year performance bonuses
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Negotiable PTO
  • 6 paid holidays annually
  • Company vehicle, laptop, phone, and gas card provided
  • Company apparel
  • Team retreats every other year

This is an opportunity to join a stable, values-driven company that fosters strong team relationships, high standards, and an unwavering commitment to quality. If you’re a builder at heart with the humility and grit to grow with a purpose-driven company, this role is for you. Apply now!
