Job Description

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to join its close-knit wealth management team supporting two advisors with a combined $300M in AUM. This is an onsite role based in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations including account openings, client communication, and transaction processing, while contributing to a culture grounded in collaboration, professionalism, and community involvement. This opportunity is well-suited for a motivated professional looking to grow into a future team lead role and who thrives in a supportive, service-focused environment. The firm is seeking a self-starter with a background in financial services, a team-first mindset, exceptional client service abilities, and the confidence to meet high standards in a fast-paced setting.

Registered Client Service Associate Responsibilities: 

  • Support two financial advisors in managing a $300M+ AUM book of business
  • Open new client accounts and facilitate money movements such as transfers and distributions
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to address service needs
  • Monitor daily alerts, reports, and action items related to client accounts
  • Participate in team coverage, assisting other CSAs when needed
  • Coordinate logistics and support for monthly in-person client events
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and stay organized across multiple systems
  • Foster a positive client experience while upholding the highest levels of professionalism

Registered Client Service Associate Requirements: 

  • Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63/65, and SIE licenses are required
  • 4–5+ years of client service experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to regularly call clients
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Envestnet, Money Guide Pro, and Thomson ONE is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
