Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate construction estimates using digital tools and platforms
• Onboard and implement new estimating software to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal departments to review project requirements and coordinate estimates
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and software adoption to streamline operations
• Participate in the transition from Excel-based workflows to modern, integrated solutions
• Analyze project documents and perform take-offs to support estimate development
• Ensure estimates are completed on time and align with project specifications

Estimator Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a construction estimating role
• Proficiency with ProCore
• Experience with estimating software that can integrate with ProCore
• Strong Excel skills and overall tech-savviness
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to bring creative, forward-thinking ideas to support company growth
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct a plus
• Willingness to be onsite for onboarding, then work in a hybrid capacity
• Candidates must be located within a 200-mile radius
